Zest Job is a leading recruitment agency, which connects job seekers with job givers across India, especially in the delivery sector. As a prominent employment agency, Zest job has over 250 employees appointed as telecallers to assist the day to day functions, in Bengaluru , Channarayapatna and other prominent cities across Karnataka.
Due to the Work from Home situation demanded by the pandemic, and the ongoing trend following the same, Zest Job faced significant challenges in efficiently managing their telecalling team due to the absence of a comprehensive tracking and monitoring system.

As such, the company struggled to keep up with the job efficiency of individuals in their telecalling team and failed to identify the top performers as well as poor performers among their telecallers. The lack of an efficient mechanism to manage the leads generated, and the conversions from the same posed a threat to the growth of the company.

Problem Statement
